1. PURCHASE PROCESS
By submitting your order on the website jakopina.eu (the Provider) you confirm that you agree and understand the Terms and Conditions. Upon submitting your order and confirming the payment of purchased goods, you shall receive an email with the information about your order. You are bound by your order once you have received our confirmation email. When paying via your checking account, your order shall be confirmed when the payment is evidenced on our bank account. 2. SUPPLY OF GOODS
Most of our products other than the personalized blankets, which are made upon order and shall be available no later than 7 days from the day of order, are in stock. In the event of a longer delivery period, you shall be given notice on the website or via email. In the event of ordering products where the product is not in stock or the delivery period is not known, we shall contact you and inform you of the planned delivery period or find another solution.
All prices on this website are in EUR. The Provider reserves the right to change the prices. The price shall be valid from the moment of order until the day of publication of a new price list. In the online store jakopina.eu, there shall be periodic discounts announced and they shall be expressed as reduction rates, as deducted sums or as free products. Discounts do not add up and are bound with one order only.
4. PAYMENT METHODS
We accept credit cards Mastercard, Visa, and Maestro. In Slovenia, the payment via a checking account is possible. In the event of paying via a checking account, the order is valid upon the receipt of the payment on our bank account.
We deliver products to Slovenia, EU countries (other than Cyprus and Malta), the USA and Canada. There is free postage for deliveries within Slovenia; the postal charges for other countries are as follows:
- Austria, Switzerland, Croatia, Slovakia = 4,00 €
- Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, United Kingdom, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Serbia = 6,00 €
- Estonia, Spain, France, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Sweden = 8,00 €
- Finland, Greece, Norway = 14,00 €
- USA, Canada = 14,00 €

For orders above 100 EUR, there is free postage. The customs charges and other costs are paid by the customer. The delivery period depends on the customer’s country of living.
6. RETURN POLICY
You can return a purchased product no later than 15 days after the receipt of the product. You should inform us of your decision. We shall accept only the products returned in a perfect condition, unused, unwashed, in the unchanged quantity and in the original package. In this event, you can expect a full refund. Postage for returned products is paid by the customer. The return of a product is not possible if the product was made upon request and personalized, that is a product with customized inscriptions. When we receive the returned product and confirm that it is returned in the condition stated above, we shall refund your money. A product can not be returned if the paragraph 7 applies.

7. CONFORMITY OF GOODS
We strive to provide products that conform to the descriptions and photos on our website. The provider shall incur no liability for possible minimum discrepancies in color nuances (due to the use of organic cotton) and in patterns (due to the specifics of knitting technology).
8. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The provider shall conform to personal data protection in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Slovenia. The provider shall use collected personal data exclusively for purposes of fulfilling orders (sending of informational materials, offers, receipts) and other necessary communication. The user’s data shall never be transferred to unauthorized parties. In order to protect personal data, the user is also responsible for providing adequate software (antivirus) protection for their computer. The provider uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transmission and storage of personal data and payments.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Online shop jakopina.eu strives to ensure the correctness and currency of all the information on the website. If there are changes in prices, products, etc. we will immediately notify the customer of the changes and allow him to cancel the order (withdrawal from the contract) or replace the ordered item.
We reserve the right to cancel the online order without notice if it is incomplete (incorrect telephone contact, e-mail, delivery address, etc.). The provider makes every effort to ensure that the information published on its pages is correct and up-to-date. Nevertheless, product features, delivery times or prices can change so quickly that the provider fails to correct the information on the web pages. In such a case, the buyer will notify the buyer of the changes and allow him to resign from the order or to replace the ordered product.
